Jody’s Steamboat Dream

Born and raised in Queens, NY and educated at Marist College, Jody left home to pursue a career with the prestigious PR firm Burson-Marsteller in Manhattan. After years of working on Wall Street, Jody desired a life that was comprised of more meaningful experiences and fewer hours behind a desk. She left her high power career behind and set out to pursue a purposeful life in Steamboat Springs in 2001.

Specializing in condominiums and investment properties, she has been actively working in real estate for over 15 years. Jody has an extensive knowledge of property ownership  resulting from her experience in property development/management, finance, interior design and construction. Previously, Jody was an integral part of one of the most successful developments in Steamboat, the Trappeur’s Crossing Resort. Her responsibilities included Sales/Marketing, Owner Relations, and Interior Design. Combining her rental and real estate knowledge.

She established The Steamboat Dream as a way to share her passion for Steamboat. She enjoys helping her clients to see more than just the real estate opportunities that Steamboat offers and wants to be sure they enjoy all aspects of Steamboat Springs homes for sale.

After every closing, The Steamboat Dream donates to a local nonprofit. It is a process that engages and inspires collaboration between people and the community in which they live. Jody is proud to provide a catalyst for community development that goes beyond bricks and mortar.

The Steamboat Dream grew out of Jody’s desire to do more for the Steamboat community than simply provide concierge real estate services. She believes that we have a responsibility to support and sustain our local nonprofits that make living is Steamboat Springs possible for all.

The Steamboat Dream Proudly Donates to Local Nonprofits
