Life for Dave Randles and Emily Wickerham has never been sweeter. The two Lousiville, KY natives recently purchased their first home in Steamboat Springs with the help of realtor Jody Corey. “We wanted to work with someone we trusted, someone who knew the market and would work to ensure that we were purchasing the home of our dreams.”
Finding out that “The Steamboat Dream” donates to local non-profits, Dave and Emily were thrilled to deepen their engagement with the community of Steamboat Springs. “We always knew that we wanted to live in a small town, but Steamboat Springs is a reality beyond anything we could have imagined. It feels good knowing that our dream of home ownership will help enrich the lives of our neighbors. We loved learning about “Trail Maintenance Endowment Fund” through the Yampa Valley Community Foundation. “Biking is one of the many reasons we love living in Steamboat Springs, so we want to ensure that the trails will be there for generations to come.”
It’s Jody’s goal to help build stronger relationships within the community, and she feels that lifelong philanthropy in the hearts and minds of her clients is very important. “Working in real estate for nearly 20 years, I was looking for a way to use my career to build the community in more ways than that of brick and mortar. I am so excited to work with clients and non profits in new and meaningful ways.” -Jody
